This CRE activity explorer is an interactive web platform that enables users to explore cis-regulatory element (CRE) activity surrounding any human gene of interest. By simply entering a Gene Symbol, the tool retrieves ±50 kb genomic regions and provides predicted CRE regulatory activity scores generated by eScreen, a sequence-sensitive deep learning model trained on large-scale CRISPR screens.
